Blog Changes

Hello, everyone. Today's post will be relatively short.

Here's hoping you've found the information I've been sharing on raw food, vegan, and vegetarian diets to be helpful. I've decided to take this blog in a slightly different direction. There is so much more to a healthy lifestyle than just the foods we eat. I have decided to incorporate more information on alternative healing and other things that are important to a healthy lifestyle, both physically and mentally.
